Once you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a credit application and request a few basic documents like your W-9 or business license. This allows us to set up your account in our system and establish payment terms so we can begin booking shipments.

With your account active, we’ll book and dispatch your first shipment. You’ll receive tracking updates and delivery confirmations so you can monitor everything from start to finish. After delivery, we’ll follow up to make sure your experience met expectations.
